Hanno Dotzel is Vice President of Radiation Oncology at Siemens Healthineers North America, a department dedicated to providing imaging solutions that enable radiation therapy treatment for cancer patients nationwide. As head of marketing, sales, and collaborations for Radiation Oncology, Dotzel is responsible for driving business and the go-to-market strategy in the radiation therapy space for an imaging portfolio that includes computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and positron emission tomography/CT (PET/CT). He is based at the U.S. headquarters of Siemens Healthineers in Malvern, Pa.
Before assuming his current role, Dotzel served three years as Sales Director for Magnetic Resonance in North and South America. Prior to that position, he headed the Business Management for Options & Upgrades for Southwest Europe from 2010 to 2012 and was responsible for sales and marketing in seven European countries. He began his career at Siemens Healthineers in 2007, holding various positions in business management and business development.
Dotzel holds a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospital Management from the University of Münster, Germany. He lives in Phoenixville, Pa., with his wife and young son. His hobbies include entrepreneurship, politics, travel, and all sports, particularly tennis, surfing, and diving.
