Reflects company's vision for
the future of radiology
The radiology management company Premier Imaging Ventures recently changed its name to LucidHealth.
According to the company, the name change reflects its vision for the future of radiology, which involves enabling private radiology groups to do more and perform better.
"Today, we have the proven technology and talent to bring about real change in the radiology community, and our new brand reinforces the clarity we deliver to our physician partners about their future,” Marcia Flaherty, CEO of LucidHealth, said in a statement.

The company’s flagship product — its RadAssist software — has been in clinical use for more than a decade. It combines disparate systems into a single workflow, manages diagnostic images across multiple platforms, and improves work processes for physicians.
LucidHealth, which is owned and operated by physicians, partners with radiology practices around the U.S. to provide the technology and resources they need to increase their strategic value.
The company is the exclusive management services provider to Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates in Ohio. The practice was founded in 1980 and has grown to be one of the largest radiology practices in the country, with 90 subspecialized physicians that serve over 60 facilities.
