Hello again - Do you like seeing or taking part in a parade? Last Sunday, I went to see the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) Pride Parade, which is said to be one of the exciting parades in NYC.

As I expected, the street I went to was crowded with many people. The parade was quite exciting with music, dancing and performance. Some of attendances' outfits impressed me a lot -- a butterfly costume, a gold dress with many spangle and a bright-pink leotard! I enjoyed being in the unique moment.

Changing a topic, I mentioned about women's health in past my entry, and this week, I would like to focus on men's health since I found an interesting article in a paper this morning.

The article gives us some medical advices by age. (According to a physician at Beth Israel Hospital.)

Men in their 20s: A doctor says that most men are healthy, however, the unhealthy behaviors from their 20s affect their later lives. It is more important to talk to them about exercise, sexual health and the consumption of alcohol, tobacco and drugs than examine them.

Men in their 30s: Exercise is important for them -- physical fitness and good diet are the main things they might do.

Men in their 40s: Cholesterol and blood pressure are the primary things to concern. They should visit a physician at least once each year.

Men in their 50s: Prostate cancer and colon cancer are major medical concerns. Also, they might notice their vision changes.

Please refer to these tips and stay in good health!
