ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Carestream Health, Inc., recently signed contracts for its KODAK CARESTREAM PACS and KODAK CARESTREAM RIS solutions with leading healthcare facilities throughout Europe, including Hopital Universitaire Erasme (Bruxelles, Belgium) and Finland's Seinajoki Central Hospital Region.

In addition, some facilities purchased KODAK CARESTREAM Information Management Solutions for enterprise-wide management of images and data, KODAK DIRECTVIEW Computed Radiography (CR) Systems for digital capture of medical x-ray exams or Professional Services for network design, systems integration, data migration and other services.

The following healthcare providers are among those that have placed orders for Carestream Health's medical imaging and information management solutions:

Hopital Universitaire Erasme (Bruxelles, Belgium), ordered CARESTREAM RIS and CARESTREAM PACS.

OsteMed Klinik Beremervörde and Zeven, part of SANA Hospital Group and Diagnostic Image Center, and Dr. Beste Bremervörde, part of Kliniken Dr. Hancken Stade (Beremervörde, Germany) ordered CARESTREAM PACS and Information Management Solutions along with three KODAK DIRECTVIEW CR systems and one KODAK DRYVIEW 8900 laser imager to establish a digital radiology environment and provide a central imaging archive. This is the third installation with a CARESTREAM PACS and CR solution in Kliniken Dr. Hancken.

Schmerzklinkik Kirschgarten (Basel, Switzerland) purchased CARESTREAM PACS and Professional Services.

Seina joki Central Hospital Region (Seina joki, Finland) ordered CARESTREAM PACS and Professional Services for two hospitals and several regional healthcare centers.

Grupo Portuguesde Saude (Lisboa, Portugal) ordered CARESTREAM PACS and Professional Services. It also purchased CARESTREAM Information Management Solutions for enterprise-wide management of images and data, and Professional Services to help with system design and integration of PACS with other information systems and modalities.
