C-RAD announced today an order for its advanced surface tracking technology from Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden. The customer decided to equip the newly ordered linear accelerators with Catalyst HD™ and upgrades the existing C-RAD installation to its latest version.

With a capacity of in total eleven linear accelerators and two more treatment rooms under construction Sahlgrenska University Hospital together with the satellite center in Borås is the largest radiation therapy department in Sweden and one of the leading academic medical centers. As part of the tender the customer secured an option to equip all remaining linear accelerators with C-RAD technology.
