Earlier this year, MEDITECH announced expanding our global presence and launching MEDITECH UK in the United Kingdom and Ireland, where we will market Expanse — our next-generation, web-based Electronic Patient Record (EPR) platform.

Furthering that commitment, we are also pleased to announce that MEDITECH UK has acquired long-time international business affiliate, Centennial Computer Corporation, including Centennial MIT (“Centennial”). The MEDITECH group of companies have long enjoyed a close 35-year relationship with Centennial, a firm which has played a meaningful role in the cultivation of our UK business.

This acquisition is part of the formation of Medical Information Technology UK LTD (MEDITECH UK). It allows MEDITECH to expand our dedicated team of experienced healthcare professionals to include those stationed in the UK.
