(NASDAQ: SRTS), a medical device company specializing in novel radiation oncology technologies and solutions, today announced that the Company has signed a research and development agreement with the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania to collaborate with the radiation oncology department on clinical research and development for Sensus' Sculptura™ robotic intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) system.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted market clearance to Sculptura™ in February 2019, and the University of Pennsylvania, which is home to the Abramson Cancer Center, is the first in the world to house this new technology.
