Five minutes in healthcare - featuring Robert Kerwin

by Philip F. Jacobus, CEO | August 07, 2020
Robert Kerwin
Five Minutes in Healthcare is where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders, as well as innovative thinkers who are working to meet the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.

In this installment, I check in with Robert J. Kerwin, general counsel for International Association of Medical Equipment Remarketers and Servicers (IAMERS), about legislation that has been filed on Capitol Hill to support hospital equipment servicers in their 'right to repair' life-saving technology during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Kerwin wrote an article about the legislation yesterday, which goes into great detail about what it could mean providers, why some people are for it and why others are speaking out against it.

After watching the interview, I encourage you to read Mr. Kerwin's article and share your comments with us.

We hope you enjoy the video. Please tell us what you think, and let us know who you would like to see interviewed next:
