(together with its affiliates, “Clearlake”) and SkyKnight Capital (together with its affiliates, “SkyKnight”), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TractManager (or the “Company”) from Arsenal Capital Partners (“Arsenal”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
