MEDICAlliance TRADE FAIR PROGRAM 2023 STARTS WITH MEDICAL FAIR INDIA

For many years, the Messe Düsseldorf Group has been organizing successful events for the healthcare sector in fast-growing continental and regional markets under the umbrella brand MEDICAlliance - in addition to the leading international medical trade fair MEDICA at the Düsseldorf, Germany location. MEDICAL FAIR INDIA, staged every year alternately in New Delhi and Mumbai, marks the start of the 2023 trade fair year of the MEDICAlliance trade fair portfolio. The 28th edition of MEDICAL FAIR INDIA is expected to attract more than 10,000 visitors from various healthcare sectors to Pragati Maidan in New Delhi from April 27 – 29, 2023.
During the three-day trade fair and communication platform, a wealth of innovations will be presented by the more than 400 companies on about 16,000 square meters: from medical technology, medical consumables, surgical instruments and laboratory equipment to hospital furniture, components for medical products and services for outpatient and inpatient care units. In addition to India and Germany, the exhibitor nations will include Italy, Austria, China, Hungary, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Canada, U.S., Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey.
The Indian healthcare industry has developed into one of the country's strongest sectors in terms of turnover and employment and is growing rapidly. By 2025, three million new hospital beds (treatment units) are to be created and around $200 billion invested in the country's hospital infrastructure (source: AIMED India).
MEDICAL FAIR INDIA is organized by Messe Düsseldorf India with the support of Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI), Association of Indian Manufacturers of Medical Devices (AIMED), Association of Diagnostic Manufacturers of India (ADMI), Quality and Accreditation Institute (QAI) and Voice of Healthcare (VOH), GMAAF - Global Medtech Advocacy & Advisory Forum, NASSCOM Center of Excellence - IoT & AI and Healthcare Events as Knowledge Partner for Clin Lab Conference.

The exhibits will be complemented by an extensive ancillary program consisting of special shows and conferences with content linked to the companies' new product presentations. Special program items of MEDICAL FAIR INDIA will be:
- "Make in India" pavilion: Supported by the Association of Indian Manufacturers of Medical Devices (AIMED).
- Clin Lab India: An exhibition and conference focusing on the globalization of the Indian IVD industry; driving start-ups, academia, government and industry.
