Medical tech developer Mindray is releasing its 2-in-1 TE Air Wireless Handheld device, the first ultrasound technology capable of connecting to both mobile devices and the company’s touch-based TE X Ultrasound System.
Launched in 2022
, TE X utilizes AI-powered smart tools for cardiac, vascular, nerve, emergency, and critical care imaging. It also is equipped with Mindray's proprietary software-based beamformer Zone Sonography Technology+, which uses up to 90% more ultrasound data than conventional ultrasound platforms and at 10 times faster speeds to capture real-time images that show anatomical motion and hemodynamic states while reducing tissue motion artifacts.
With its multidevice connectivity, TE Air makes it possible to utilize these capabilities in one-handed operations at emergency and critical care locations.
KA Imaging’s Reveal 35C detector, currently available as an upgrade solution in the US and selected geographies, can now be sold in the European Union. The detector recently obtained the CE Mark. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to book a free demo.
Here is a breakdown of its capabilities:
–Has a phased array of exam presets for cardiac, abdomen, lung, transcranial imaging (TCI), emergency medicine (EM), trauma (FAST), EM abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), bladder, OB/GYN, and vascular for better performance and accurate decision-making at point-of-care
–Onboards patient data management solutions for connected patient care
–Has an Air Capsule that doubles as a protective case and a portable charger
–Integrates with hospital information systems
–Has an IP68 waterproof and dustproof design that enables complete immersion with compatible disinfectants for easy disinfection
The solution is powered by Mindray’s eWave platform and single crystal technology.
The TE Air app is available on Apple's iOS operating system.
