Medical tech developer Mindray is releasing its 2-in-1 TE Air Wireless Handheld device, the first ultrasound technology capable of connecting to both mobile devices and the company’s touch-based TE X Ultrasound System.
Launched in 2022, TE X utilizes AI-powered smart tools for cardiac, vascular, nerve, emergency, and critical care imaging. It also is equipped with Mindray's proprietary software-based beamformer Zone Sonography Technology+, which uses up to 90% more ultrasound data than conventional ultrasound platforms and at 10 times faster speeds to capture real-time images that show anatomical motion and hemodynamic states while reducing tissue motion artifacts.
With its multidevice connectivity, TE Air makes it possible to utilize these capabilities in one-handed operations at emergency and critical care locations.
