ST. LOUIS, MO – SSM Health has named Victor Radina as Chief Corporate Development Officer. In this role, Radina will help drive continued growth and expansion through new strategic business opportunities at one of the nation’s leading nonprofit Catholic health systems. He’ll play a key role in shaping SSM Health’s growth strategy and creating value that advances the organization’s Mission and Vision amidst the dynamic healthcare landscape.
Radina comes to SSM Health from Pennsylvania-based Universal Health Services where he has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer since 2017. Prior to UHS, he spent 20 years in investment banking – serving in leadership roles at both Morgan Stanley and Citigroup Global Investment Bank, where he worked exclusively with not-for-profit health systems and managed care plans on both strategic engagements and capital raising. He holds bachelor’s degrees in English and Finance from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.
