Philips and Masimo have renewed their multiyear strategic partnership, extending a collaboration focused on integrating advanced patient monitoring technologies into unified care platforms.
Masimo will continue to supply its noninvasive monitoring tools, including its SET pulse oximetry, Radius PPG, and sensor technologies, for use in Philips’ patient monitoring systems. Philips plans to embed these capabilities into its bedside monitors, central stations, and wearable devices.
According to both companies, the renewed agreement aims to improve interoperability and reduce complexity by allowing clinicians to use a single system that supports multiple measurement technologies. The integration is intended to streamline workflows and enable faster clinical decision-making.

“Our priority is helping clinicians deliver the best possible care to their patients, and that means staying ahead of the curve,” said Julia Strandberg, executive vice president and business leader for connected care at Philips. “This partnership allows us to respond quickly to evolving clinical needs and market trends, integrating proven technologies into solutions that are easy to use, reliable, and scalable.”
As part of the expanded collaboration, Philips and Masimo also plan to co-develop and promote future monitoring tools that address emerging needs, including increased patient mobility and the use of AI algorithms to support care decisions. The effort reflects a broader industry shift toward smarter, more connected systems designed to scale with clinical demands.
“We are excited to continue to partner with Philips to bring Masimo’s newest innovations in wearables and artificial intelligence to Philips’ platforms,” said Masimo CEO Katie Szyman. “Expanding our strong, long-standing partnership with Philips allows us to build on our shared legacies of innovation, and helps ensure that Masimo’s best-in-class technologies reach even more patients.”
Both companies emphasized that the collaboration supports their shared commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through technology that integrates smoothly into existing care environments.
