Matt brings more than 20 years of healthcare sales leadership experience, along with deep expertise in surgical instrumentation, clinical workflows, and healthcare systems.
As national sales manager, Matt will lead the MicroCare Medical healthcare sales strategy across the United States, driving national revenue growth, expanding key accounts, strengthening distributor partnerships, and supporting the healthcare sales team to deliver consistent, customer-focused results.
He will develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals, mentor regional sales representatives and channel partners, find new opportunities in medical device reprocessing and infection prevention, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development to align customer needs with innovative solutions.

Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise in surgical instrumentation, endoscopic technologies, instrument repair programs, and hospital system support.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical approach, Matt has consistently driven measurable growth in complex healthcare environments. He is committed to aligning strategy and services to help healthcare organizations maintain cleaner, safer, and more compliant operations.
Matt is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
