ORANGE CITY, IA — Orange City Area Health System is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Sietstra as its next Chief Executive Officer, effective July 6.
Sietstra will succeed Marty Guthmiller, who will retire later this summer following 32 years of visionary leadership that strengthened OCAHS and expanded access to high-quality healthcare throughout the region.
Sietstra has served OCAHS as the organization’s Director of Finance since 2024. During this time, he has played a key role in strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organizational growth initiatives. A graduate of Northwestern College, Sietstra holds a Certified Public Accountant license and has experience leading accounting teams and guiding complex financial operations. Through his collaborative leadership style and commitment to OCAHS's mission, he has helped position the organization for continued success and growth.

The search process for the next Director of Finance will begin immediately.
