Manufacturer Moog Inc. has purchased AITECS Medical UAB, a company that makes drug delivery pumps, for $21 million. Moog said its purchase of the Lithuanian company will lead to a gain of $6 million in revenue in fiscal 2009, but won't significantly affect its fiscal-year profit.
AITECS Medical makes syringe-style infusion therapy pumps, or devices designed to give patients steady doses of intravenous drugs.
