2009 HIGPA International Expo, Grand Hyatt Washington D.C. October 21-23, 2009
HIGPA represents 21 Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), including for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, purchasing groups, associations, multi-hospital systems and health care provider alliances. Their mission is to advocate on behalf of these organizations in order to provide educational opportunities designed to improve efficiencies in the purchase, sale and utilization of all goods and services within the health industry and to promote meaningful dialogue between GPOs. Their annual conference, co-hosted by Healthcare Industry Supply Chain Institute (HISCI), is dedicated to bringing together GPOs, IDNs, and vendors in an educational and networking setting aimed at improving the supply chain.

2010 FAH Public Policy Conference and Business Exposition at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., February 28th - March 3rd

The FAH Annual Public Policy Conference and Business Exposition is widely regarded as one of the health industry's finest health policy forums. The Annual Public Policy Conference routinely features addresses by leading members of Congress, the executive branch, the business community and the media, as well as participation by those who manage on a day-to-day basis the government programs that are critical to the industry. Hospital CEOs, National or Corporate Accounts, Group Purchasing Personnel, Health Care Managers, Purchasing Officers, Materials Managers, Public Affairs Officer, IDN Executives, and Health Care Attorneys will all be in attendance along with others.
