AllParts Medical, LLC and CT Resources, LLC Merge

by Barbara Kram, Editor | August 19, 2009
An important industry
merger announced
AllParts Medical, LLC and CT Resources, LLC have announced the merger of the two companies with capital support from One Eighty Capital, LLC of Chicago. The merger became effective on Wednesday.

Both companies were expanding to meet the growing needs of customers and decided that it made sense to expand together, DOTmed News has learned.

The new entity will combine the equipment procurement, parts, and sales strengths of AllParts Medical with CT Resources' technical expertise in diagnostic imaging and their ability to perform component level repairs.

Currently, no decisions have been made regarding a potential name change. The two companies will be co-branding for a period of time.

"The combined company will be better able to serve our customers by providing a comprehensive range of products and resources," said Darrel Glisson of CT Resources.

"We are confident that together we will be even more responsive in satisfying our customers' needs," added Kim Ames, CFO, AllParts Medical.

Other principals for the companies include AllParts Medical's Eddie Sloan and Wanda Legate; and CT Resources' Scott Anderson and Frank Lewis.
All the former principals remain owners of the new company. One Eighty Capital provided private capital and in return also has an equity stake.
Further details on the new firm's management team are expected in the next couple of weeks.

All current employees will be retained and the firm is actively recruiting technical talent to support its growth plans.

The combined company will provide a comprehensive range of products and resources including tested parts for more modalities and models, technical support & training, professional deinstallations, and equipment procurement and sales.
