ONC is also proposing conditions and requirements that would apply to the certification of Complete EHRs and EHR Modules in the permanent program, including that an ONC-ACB would be required to renew its status every two years.
Written and electronic comments on the proposals will be accepted for 30 days after publication in the Federal Register. Electronic comments can be submitted at http://www.regulations.gov.
