T.H.E. carries over $3.5 million in inventory and many of their customers take advantage of a "preferred" agreement, which includes PMs, a discount on labor for emergency service, and discounts of up to 60% for quality replacement parts. Their pricing strategies continue to save their customers 30% to 60% over what they have spent for parts, service, and refurbished equipment in previous years.
