DALLAS - Mary Findley has been named vice president and compliance officer of Parkland Health & Hospital System. She will join Parkland in mid-June.
She will fill the vacancy at Parkland created when Nancy Merritt left to pursue other opportunities earlier this year.
Findley comes to Parkland from Corporate Integrity Partners, LLC. Corporate Integrity Partners is a health care consulting company specializing in health care compliance program design, implementation assessment, conflicts of interest disclosure management, health care contract managements and other consulting services. Prior to her work with Corporate Integrity Partners, Findley spent nearly 20 years with the Baylor Health Care System in Dallas. She began as a tax manager and worked her way up to become Baylor's vice president and chief compliance officer.

Findley holds a Master of Science degree in Tax Accounting from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, is a certified public accountant and certified in health care compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association. She is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Dallas Chapter of Certified Public Accountants.
