Remote Services
Also to be featured at the ESTRO 2012 is Elekta Remote Services, which uses advanced technology to actively monitor customer systems. The results are reduced downtime and fewer interruptions in the practice schedule. Offering proactive rather than reactive services means systems issues can be predicted before they happen, the correct part can be identified and ordered, and a convenient time for service can be arranged all before the fault impacts the customer. Elekta Remote Services is available for all Elekta systems.
