Eizo today announced version 4.1.4 of its RadiCS medical monitor quality control (QC) software. This version supports Mac OS X v10.7 Lion. The goal of the RadiCS software is to check and calibrate the display quality of monitors to consistently ensure the most refined rendering of medical images. This update expands the realization of state-of-the-art checks and calibration of monitors connected to workstations running not just Windows but also with Macintosh systems. This revision also upscales the capability of Eizo's RadiNET Pro software which offers centralized QC management of multiple monitors via intra-hospital networks. It will reduce the time and expertise required of system administrators and maintenance service managers. Eizo will demonstrate this version of RadiCS for the first time at RSNA this week.
