Varian - Booth #1000 MCS 6074 Rotating Anode X-Ray Tube
Varian’s MCS 6074 is designed as a replacement tube for the GE LightSpeed® and BrightSpeed® families of CT scanners. The tube has a 200mm (7.9”) 140kV, 4.7 MJ (6.3MHU) maximum anode heat content, rotating anode insert. The insert features a 7° tungstenrhenium facing on molybdenum with a graphite backed target. The tube is available with a small or large focal spot: 0.9 x 0.7 or a 1.2 x 1.2. The MCS 6074 calibrates like the original, has long life bearings with 0.5 second full scans.
