Josh Block wanted to know how GE would enforce this policy and Joe indicated that he believed the company would notify owners or purchasers of used equipment as they became aware of the equipment.

Diana Upton asked if it would be possible to get a list of software options and their costs and frankly, I think that was one of the smarter questions because depending upon what GE will charge for software, all of this could become a non issue.

Interestingly enough, I believe that Joe and I are on the same page. He closed by saying that he had been familiar with IAMERS for a long time and he knew that a lot of people were creative and hard working and innovative.

GE is a global player and they need to stay current with the times. GE believes they are on the cutting edge of change and they are committed to following that path.

Joe said, and I complete agree with him, that IAMERS members will improvise and be creative and come up with a solution.
