Technology simplifies Philips product security updates
To help keep all of its technologies working securely and properly, Philips has introduced a new automated Product Security feed. Available on the Philips Medical Systems Product Security Web site, the solution uses Really Simple Syndication (RSS) to proactively provide customers with timely updates on security patch information for medical devices and systems. This new feature delivers key security information update notifications via an RSS reader, prompting customers to log into the secure customer-accessible information portal to obtain the latest information on security patches for their Philips Medical products. This product security upgrade reinforces Philips' strong industry position in continually providing solutions that aim to keep systems safe and functioning for the best possible patient care.
