You are bidding on a fully fitted modular operating theatre with 8 bed recovery ward although this could be reconfigured to incorporate two theatres.
The building has a life anticipated to be in excess of 30 years.
Due to its modular construction it can be adapted to fit a hospital or can be used as a standalone clinic.
It can moved and installed in a matter of weeks.
This is an amazing opportunity to own an entire suite at a drastically reduced price.
The building has a 30 year plus expected life and it was originally supplied in November 2003 so it is only 4 years old.
The theatre is equipped with operating lights and laminar flow, used for orthopedic surgery and has an ultra clean canopy.
The laminar flow is McLeod Russel Lambda CG-US. We have a technical specification if needed.
The lights are a Draeger Sola Operating Theatre lamp.
The surgeon's panel was supplied by Starksrom.
