The health risks to the general population from fake cards were also highlighted February 1, when the Westchester Country DA's office charged a mother and her two daughters, Antoinette Clarke, Dzjara Clarke and Jajvia Clarke, with using fraudulent COVID vaccination record cards to maintain and obtain employment at a Croton-on-Hudson nursing home.

“People who create fraudulent vaccination cards and pretend to be vaccinated to enter workplaces, businesses or facilities, particularly ones with vulnerable populations, are putting others at increased risk of the serious effects of COVID-19,” DA Miriam E. Rocah said in a statement.
