Please join us in welcoming Mr. Bradley Weast as the Chief Operating Officer of the Great Falls Clinic Hospital. Bradley joins the Clinic after serving in the Air Force for 28 years, with his final assignment as the Commander (Chief Executive Officer) at the Incirlik Air Base Medical Group in Turkey, where he led 200 Medical professionals responsible for all aspects of care delivery for 5,500 Airmen and 11 NATO partners in five different locations across the country of Turkey. In addition to his role at the 39th Medical Group, Bradley has held senior executive leadership roles at the enterprise, health system, Inpatient/Ambulatory Surgical Center levels, as Commander, Director, COO, Administrator and Senior Executive for the Air Force Surgeon General.
Bradley’s extensive leadership background creates an important fit within the Great Falls market, not to mention he is a Great Falls High graduate (Go Bison!). His experience in care delivery, leadership, program management, applied research, military operations, finance, health plans, education and information technology will assist in strengthening the local leadership team and the Clinic’s market position within Great Falls. His servant leadership style focuses on creating optimal outcomes while building a welcoming culture of performance excellence. Bradley’s accomplishments include creating and directly leading a project management team responsible for the most comprehensive change in the Air Force Medical Service’s history as part of the $50 billion Military Health System reform and developed a comprehensive healthcare system for 172 thousand beneficiaries, one that was recognized by winning the American Hospital Association’s 2015 “Top 100 Most Wired Health Systems” in the US.
Bradley started work right away on Friday, October 7, 2022. He is located down the administrative hallway of the Hospital.
