DeepScribe, a San Francisco-based ambient AI company specializing in medical documentation, has announced a partnership with Flatiron Health, a prominent health tech company focused on oncology care.
The collaboration will bring DeepScribe’s AI-driven documentation tools to more than 4,200 providers using Flatiron’s OncoEMR, a cloud-based electronic medical record system widely adopted in community-based cancer care across the U.S.
DeepScribe’s technology is tailored to oncology workflows, creating structured clinical notes by capturing and organizing key details from patient conversations. The AI can incorporate interval histories, relevant ICD-10 codes, and other critical information into patient charts, enabling clinicians to review and approve documentation directly in OncoEMR.

According to DeepScribe, recent feedback shows that 91% of oncologists using its platform find it easy to use, with adoption rates surpassing 80% among larger oncology groups. Currently, the system supports nearly 1,000 oncologists daily.
Flatiron Health, headquartered in New York, is an independent affiliate of the Roche Group and focuses on advancing oncology care through real-world evidence, clinical trial innovations, and AI-driven solutions.
