Memorial Health Meadows Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of W. Wesley (Wes) Taylor, FACHE, CPPS, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 1. Taylor brings nearly 20 years of healthcare leadership experience across both large academic medical centers and rural community hospitals.
For the past two years, Taylor served as CEO of Discipline to Win, LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development firm he founded, focused on helping healthcare professionals grow in influence and impact.
Before launching his company, Taylor held senior leadership positions with LifePoint Health, including roles as CEO of Ashley Regional Medical Center in Utah and COO of Havasu Regional Medical Center in Arizona. He has also held key roles at hospitals in California, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. His broad experience has equipped him with deep insight into healthcare operations, performance improvement, and physician engagement.

Originally from Utah, Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Wes and his wife, Heidi, are excited to move to Vidalia with their four children: 4-year-old Jonathan, 10-year-old Brandon, 12-year-old Austin, and 14-year-old Abigail.
