Dallas, Texas — Jason Ickert has been named Medical City Healthcare chief information officer. In this role, he delivers technological solutions that solve business challenges and supports superior, patient-centered care.
Ickert brings over 25 years of dedicated service to Medical City Healthcare, most recently serving as the division director of operations (DOO) since April 2022. In that role, he led IT operations and strategic initiatives across 22 facilities in North Texas and Central Louisiana. His leadership was pivotal in the successful integration of Medical City Decatur, Medical City Sachse and Medical City Mental Health and Wellness Frisco into the Medical City Healthcare system of care.

Prior to his role as DOO, Jason served as director of application services, where he managed the enterprise application portfolio, including electronic health records (EHR), imaging systems and third-party platforms.
