"We emphasize performance-based contracts as a cornerstone of our partnership approach," Larry Kraska, president of Hospital Radiology Partners, said in a statement.
In addition to staffing, the group will consult with hospitals on how to increase patient volume, improve workflow and reduce patient out-migration. The company also said it would be held accountable for its work through "evidence-based management tools."
Kraska spent the past decade in the health care staffing business as CEO of Club Staffing, which was bought by Medfinders in 2007.
