Raleigh, NC-Viztek, the digital radiology solution provider, debuts an exciting new no-wire plug-and-play demonstration system for its retrofit digital radiography (DR) unit that enables potential customers to fully experience the product's high performance benefits in their own facilities. Unlike most portable demonstration systems, the new Viztek system does not require any complicated connections or rewiring of existing x-ray generators. It eliminates the need for purchasers to make time-consuming site visits to see Viztek technology in action and promises to accommodate the customer within the evaluation process. Demo units are available to all authorized Viztek distributors.

The new portable Viztek demonstration system consists of the tethered ViZion DR panel, laptop computer and specialized DR acquire interface. Using the new Viztek system, sites can experience the product's ease of use, ultra-fast workflow and high image quality for themselves without leaving their practice. Viztek's ViZion DR allows for demonstration installation without the need to open the x-ray console or tap into the generator.

Viztek's ViZion demo unit allows potential customers to see and feel the difference offered with Cesium tethered technology. Cesium is known to offer the lowest radiation dose while providing the highest quality images.

The final installation requires more wiring, but is done only after the customer has evaluated the image quality and DR speed benefits.
