CyberKnife maker Accuray Inc. has inked a "multi-year" research deal with Erasmus Medical Center. The Rotterdam, Netherlands teaching hospital has worked with Accuray since 2004, when it became the fourth country in the Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa regions to install a CyberKnife.
This is the third European research deal recently announced by the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company. Accuray said in the last quarter, it has also inked deals with the
University of Heidelberg and the German Cancer Research Center, both in Heidelberg, Germany.
