Infinix-i Bi-Plane System to Be Used During Live Clinical Cases at PICS-AICS

MIAMI - Performing cardiovascular interventions involving pediatric patients requires imaging systems that give clinicians greater visibility and access. Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc.'s Infinix™-i bi-plane cardiovascular X-ray system will be used during three live pediatric cases at the Pediatric and Adult Interventional Cardiac Symposium (PICS-AICS), Jan. 19-22, 2013, in Miami.

Michael de Moor, M.D., chief, Pediatric Cardiology; director, Pediatric Cardiac Catheterizations and Interventions, Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center will present on "The Future of Radiation Protection" on Monday, Jan. 21 from 2:45 to 3:00 p.m.
