The Unfors Xi is a new generation, multi-function, intelligent X-ray meter. Unfors is renowned for its pocket-sized and easy-to-use meters that improve productivity. Now the Unfors Xi adds even more user friendliness with Active Compensation for all beam qualities.
"All-in-One" is a perfect descriptor for the Unfors Xi since one detector can simultaneoulsy measure kVp, dose, dose rate, pulse, pulse rate, dose/pulse, time and waveforms for all modalities. Three versions of Xi Detectors are available: R/F + Mammography, R/F Only and Mammography Only.
Pulsed fluoroscopy is used more in today's radiology departments than ever before. The Unfors Xi makes it very easy to measure on any type of pulsed fluoroscopy since automatic features detect and calculates the pulse rate and dose/pulse. No user interaction is needed.
The Xi is composed of the Xi Base Unit and one or more of the interchangeable detectors. It comes complete with XiView Software, 2 interface cables, case and rechargeable battery with line power adapter. The entire system is ready to use when you receive it.
Unfors offers a trade-in program for your old or present x-ray meter. A leasing option is available as well. The Xi offers a Conditional 5 year Warranty, so if you want to lease the instrument for 5 years, it will be covered under the warranty program for the length of the lease.
