In addition to computed radiography systems, Kodaks portfolio of digital mammography solutions includes mammography-specific features in both its radiology information system and picture archiving and communications system (PACS) platforms. Kodak also markets a multi-modality breast imaging workstation that features specialized image review tools and allows rapid review of breast imaging studies from digital modalities. This workstation can be used with PACS systems from Kodak and other vendors.

In addition, Kodak offers computer-assisted detection (CAD) software for film-based mammograms and has demonstrated a new CAD capability for its CR Mammography platforms as a work-in-progress.
