It is official: Buying and selling parts on the Internet will never be the same thanks to DOTmeds Parts Hunter^TM.

This hi-tech Buyer/Seller interface makes buying parts and selling parts so easy and productive, everyone comes out a winner.


For Buyers: It means your Parts Request will be sent to 10, 20, 50 or more Sellers all of whom can, and will, make their best Offer.

For Sellers: It means youll get Requests and have the opportunity to sell parts to Buyers you would never meet any other way.

And during its extended introductory period, the Parts Hunter^TM is FREE for everyone to use. And please note: DOTmed is NOT a party to any of these transactions.

Officially launched on Oct 27th but with no fanfare to allow technical bugs to be ironed out the Parts Hunter^TM has already had a great deal of activity.

If you want to buy a part:
- Go to DOTmed.com
- Click on the "Parts" tab on our homepage.
- Select the main category and sub-categories for the part you need.
- When the Parts Hunter Form appears, simply fill in the blanks.

Your request will be sent to every DOTmed user who sells that part.

You will be able to see all the Sellers' Offers, email them, then choose the best Offer. You and the Seller will complete the deal face-to-face.

If you are a Parts Seller:
- Go to your "My DOTmed" and "My Equipment Categories"
- Follow the onscreen instructions and use the 'check-off' boxes to tell us what parts you sell.

The next time we get a Parts Request from a buyer that matches your profile, you'll be notified. Then you can make an Offer and make the sale.
