Flowers Hospital is pleased to welcome Tyler Adkins as the new market chief financial officer (CFO) for Flowers Hospital and Medical Center Enterprise. As a member of the executive leadership team, he will be responsible for leading the financial operations of the hospitals and their physician clinics.

“We are excited to have Tyler join our leadership team,” said Jeff Brannon, Flowers Hospital chief executive officer. “His knowledge and experience in healthcare finance will help position our hospital and clinics for continued growth as we work to care for our patients and bring advanced medical care to the Wiregrass area.”

Originally from Philadelphia, MS, Adkins earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Mississippi State University. He brings with him 15 years of experience in financial management of healthcare facilities, most recently serving as market CFO for Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma, AL, and Andalusia Health in Andalusia, AL. Throughout his career, he has managed the operations of accounting, patient access, medical records, and supply departments in hospitals in Alabama, Mississippi, and Oklahoma where he has led department managers to improve efficiencies, secure needed equipment, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
