MDaudit has closed its acquisition of Streamline Health Solutions Inc., adding the company’s pre-bill integrity tools to its revenue cycle management (RCM) and compliance platform.
First announced in May, the deal combines MDaudit’s billing compliance and revenue integrity software with Streamline’s charge and coding accuracy solutions. The companies say the combined platform will address gaps in RCM workflows, aiming to reduce billing errors and improve reimbursement outcomes for healthcare providers.
MDaudit, based in Wellesley, Massachusetts, offers cloud-based tools for continuous monitoring of RCM processes. Its platform uses analytics and automation to track coding, billing, and payment data, with benchmarking to identify charge capture and denial trends. Streamline Health’s offerings focus on preventing revenue loss by ensuring accuracy before claims are submitted.

In a statement, MDaudit CEO Ritesh Ramesh said the acquisition “allows us to provide healthcare organizations with the data- and AI-driven solutions they need to implement an effective, resilient, and adaptive RCM strategy.”
The companies report that their combined client base represents more than $300 billion in annual net patient revenue.
Following the transaction, Streamline Health is now a privately held subsidiary of MDaudit. Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Streamline. Troutman Pepper Locke LLP represented Streamline Health, and Goodwin Proctor LLP advised MDaudit.
