New Premier contract
combines two of their
contracts into one category
Stamford, CT -- FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA has been awarded a new, three-year, dual-source contract by Premier Purchasing Partners, L.P. for a comprehensive assortment of medical film and imagers, including conventional wet film, mammography film, dry film, and the complete line of laser imagers.
Effective September 1, 2008, this award combines two contract categories previously held by Fujifilm into one category. Premier has merged the conventional, or wet imaging products contract with the dry, or laser imaging products, enabling their 2,000 US hospitals and 53,000-plus other member sites to more readily benefit from the quality Fujifilm products at cost effective terms.
Fujifilm's full line of DryPix imagers for both centralized and decentralized environments are included on the contract, as well as the spectrum of medical imaging films including double emulsion, dry laser, dry thermal, mammography and others.
