Please also i want to point out that as all the major structures & buildings are down so as ELECTRIC SYSTEM. People are using generators for electric supply, so we will prefer BATTERY POWERED UNITS .. I hope u will understand...

We have decided to make a MOBILE OT & ICU, containing Mobile Ventilator, suction machine, Mobile defibrillator, multiparameter monitor or descrete monitors like NIBP (MANUAL or DIGITAL), OXIMETER (handy or small units battery powered),ECG monitor (small handy like lcd based or basic 3 lead CRT based any one), Head Lamps for surgeon,.. So we need as much units as can so that we can assemble 20 to 30 such mobile OT & ICUs... Hope u will understand..


Also please i also want to tell u that many of the injured have HEAD INJURIES, SPINAL INJURIES & MULTIPLE FRACTURES so we need ARTHROPAEDIC INSTRUMENTS also. Thats why i have put X-ray at top most priority.

1) PORTABLE X-RAY (It is preferred that it should contain its own power source like battery pack etc or without it.)

2) MINI STERILIZER (as there will be more surgeries so tools should be sterilized quickly & easily) (any type)

3) AMBU BAG

4) MOBILE DEFIBRILLATOR

5) MOBILE VENTILATOR

6) MANUAL RESUSCITATOR

7) HANDY PULSE OXIMETERS (battery powered)

8) HANDY ECG MONITOR (like LCD based & battery powered otherwise CRT based small size can be ok)

9) Manual or Digital Small size NIBP monitors.

10) GLUCOMETERS (handy & battery operated)

11) Blood warmer

12) HEAD LAMPS for SURGEONS for OPERATION

13) X-ray Film Processor. (not huge bulky unit but easy to transport & transportable)

14) HEATED BLANKET (for hypothermia patient as severe cold weather have started.)

15) DISPOSABLE ITEMS like MASKS, IV TUBES, CANNULAS, SYRINGES, Blood Collection
Tubes, AIRWAY ET TUBES.
