WAUWATOSA, WI -- GE Healthcare (NYSE: GE) has introduced three service agreements for customers that own GE monitoring and diagnostic cardiology products and solutions (including telemetry, patient and Holter monitors and cardiac stress, cardiology management and electrocardiograph systems). GE Healthcare designed the service plans after comprehensive market research, involving interviews of several hundred GE Healthcare customers, indicated that customers wanted their service plan to match key priorities more closely.
"We wanted to create service plans that tightly conform with customer priorities at the point of care," said Mike Battuello, GE Healthcare General Manager, Devices Services. "The result is a major segmentation of our service portfolio that revolves around varying customer preferences for service speed, quality and value."
The service plans for monitoring and diagnostic cardiology system customers are available in a comprehensive or in-house option and include access to online training. The three solutions are:

RapidCare: Designed for customers who prioritize speed to resolution above other considerations, this plan features stepped up response time, same-day repairs and next-day availability of loaners and onsite critical uptime parts. The RapidCare plan also provides priority access to field resources and technical support.
QualityCare: Customers who want a competitive advantage will like the QualityCare option, which is designed to help ensure continuity of patient care through same-day delivery of loaner units, and to help keep customers' monitoring and diagnostic cardiology products operating at their peak with performance-enhancing software upgrades.
ValueCare: An attractive plan for customers who value a simple, practical service solution. The ValueCare program offers service capabilities that emphasize dependability, flexibility and predictable cost.
