Sarkar agrees and also views BlueBioU as a stepping stone toward progressive disease research.
"There is a lot of potential with collaboration," Sarkar says. "It's clear you need face-to-face interaction for collaboration to work well. This system can be a catalyst for research, and that's really the ultimate goal - research that can lead to new cures."
