Kodak Debuts New Multi-Purpose DR System
A further addition to Kodaks DR portfolio will be announced at RSNA this year when Kodak will debut a new multi-purpose DR system that enhances ease of use and productivity. The new KODAK DIRECTVIEW DR 9500 System features three operator interfaces to minimize the need for radiographers to move during imaging exams. The ceiling-mounted U-arm tube and detector, combined with multiple operator interfaces, equips this single-detector system to perform exams that normally require dual detectors. The DR 9500 easily moves around the patient, making it ideal for general radiography, pediatric, geriatric and trauma patients. The Bucky and tube are always aligned, enabling faster positioning and greater patient comfort and convenience. The DR 9500 System accommodates a variety of popular mobile radiographic tables.
