Agfa showcased
CR 30-X, NX Workstation,
DX-Si and IMPAX.
Agfa HealthCare announced the launch of the new commercially available CR 30-X, a versatile tabletop Computed Radiography (CR) solution for diagnostic imaging. The compact digitizer offers the same efficiency and high image quality that users would expect in full floor-size models.
The CR 30-X integrates to local PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System) networks, allowing imaging professionals to maximize the value of their existing or future PACS.

CR 30-X
Agfa HealthCare’s NX workstation is included with the CR 30-X, offering convenient image identification and quality control for the user. The CR 30-X is ideal for decentralized General Radiography (ICU, OR, Emergency), military field hospitals, physician offices, orthopedics, dental, chiropractic and veterinary use.
NX Workstation
Agfa Healthcare also showed the new DX-Si, a cost-effective, integrated digital radiography solution that will be ideal for a comprehensive range of applications.
Agfa HealthCare’s DX-Si combines the DX-S, a digital radiography system that includes two major technology innovations, DirectriX™ and Scanhead™ with an X-ray modality built upon proven, reliable, well-known technology. The integration of Agfa HealthCare’s NX Workstation with the DX-Si results in a reduction of workflow steps for the radiographer and an optimized image file, streamlining the workflow.
DX-Si
The DX-Si will be well suited for high-throughput general radiography rooms, ER and Pediatric environments.
Agfa HealthCare additionally showed IMPAX, a work-in-progress that will be integrated into Agfa HealthCare’s IMPAX, offers point-of-care access to such applications as 3-D, Fusion, Digital Subtraction Angiography, Computer-Aided Detection (CAD), X-ray Vascular Analysis, Virtual Colonoscopy and nuclear medicine. It can receive hundreds of images per second.
